How To Enrol With Western Union

 

Step 1

 

Browse the HDLC website and identify which Award or Short Course interests you or which individual Unit of Competency you may wish to undertake.   Each page specifies the number of modules , course or unit code and the course fee.   

 

You are also presented with two payment options including PayPal and Western Union.   Select the "Enrol Via Western Union" button to continue the enrolment process.

 

Step 2

 

You will be taken to the Western Union page of the HDLC site where you are given instructions on making your course fee payment and confirming this payment with the HDLC.

 

The details on the Western Union page must be recorded on your Western Union transfer paperwork for the HDLC to receive your funds.

 

Step 3

 

Visit your local Western Union Agent office, use the payment details, course fee amount details to transfer the funds, ensure you keep a receipt of the transaction as it will be required for step 4.

 

Step 4

 

Once you have transferred your course fee payment, log on to the Western Union Payment Confirmation page on the HDLC website, complete all the details using your MTCN Transaction Receipt and submit the form to the HDLC for processing.

 

Step 5

 

Once your Western Union Payment Confirmation form is received, the HDLC take receipt of your course fee payment from our local Western union agent within 12 hours and issue your student account within 24 hours.

 

You will also receive all the relevant details pertaining to your student account via the email address you specified during Step 4.
