How To Enrol

Enrolling is quick and easy.   The HDLC provides you with several potential course fee payment options including;

• Via PayPal using your own PayPal Account.

• Via PayPal using your credit card if you do not have or do not wish to establish your own PayPal Account.

• Via Western Union if you do not have or wish to use your credit card.

• Via direct bank transfer.    (Please note that direct bank transfer payment is only available to organizations sponsoring their staff on HDLC study).
