Any person working within
remote locations, relief and development and or with safety responsibilities for
other staff.
Summary
An agencies ability to prepare for, prevent or
indeed respond to incidents is largely affected by its "capacity".
This Unit details the methodology for undertaking
a capacity and vulnerability assessment based on characteristics of the agencies
human and material resources and reflective of either full or partial risk
management activities.
